Edward D. Manchester
Mr. Manchester has a BA from Boston University and a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University, where Mr. Manchester was an Articles Editor on the Law Review. His areas of practice include construction law and government contract law. Mr. Manchester is a member of the bars of Massachusetts and New York.

Mr. Manchester's litigation experience complex matters involving significant claims for delays, acceleration, inefficiencies, changes, differing site conditions, defective design, and default terminations.

Outside of the construction field, Mr. Manchester briefed and successfully argued before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals a precedent-setting prisoner's civil rights case that resolved issues of first impression concerning the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act of 2000, decision reported at Washington v. Klem, 497 F.3d 272 (3d Cir. 2007).
